🎉 We just had our first event of 2026! With that we'd like to recap what happened in 2025 because it was a record year for the Iowa .NET User Group in terms of attendance. Thread below for more deets.🧵

We had our highest attended event ever last week with just over 100 people, almost evenly split between in person and remote over Zoom. Special thanks goes out to Adam DePauw, @ajrawson, and everyone at @sfg_companies for helping set this up!

On Thursday I’ll be presenting on “Practical AI Tooling Tips For The Too Busy Developer” at @iadnug both in person and on Zoom. I’ll be talking about Context, Instructions, Skills, Hooks, and more and showing some live demos with Copilot and Claude. Sign up in the thread below.
