1) they don't let you make an account as a foreigner because you need a national ID number (CPF)
2) they don't let you pay because they only take Brazilian cards
3) you can NOT open a Brazilian bank account without a permanent residency
= impossible for tourists to use @ifood

So @iFood, the Uber Eats of 🇧🇷 Brazil, does NOT accept foreign payments
Imagine you arrive in a strange country, hard to get by, don't speak the language, food delivery app that works saves you
So hereby to all Brazilians: please DM if you think they should accept foreign cards

@levelsio @____tifan people need to stop thinking brazilians are this malicious. funny thing is most of these vendors are just trying to make a living, and they are really humble… yes you can get robbed, like you can get stabbed in Toronto (one of the safest cities in the world) in a fk train

🥩 🍃 Eating clean and 🏋️♀️ lifting weights / exercise has completely evaporated any depression or anxiety I had left
And I used to have A LOT of anxiety and depression!
Mostly I only eat this:
- steak / chicken thigh / salmon (airfryer)
- br sprouts / green leafy veg / vegetables (airfryer)
- sometimes roasted potatoes
- sparkling water + lemon
- black v60 coffee
- try avoid any processed food like bread, croissants, fast food, deep fried food, candy
- avoid ANY added sugar full stop
My gym 3x/week:
- squats / deadlifts / overhead press
- bicycle HIIT (fast and slow mix)
- yoga (today 2nd time!)
I am not super strict but try my best
Maybe this helps somebody else
