Some corrections: You inherited 2% inflation. It doubled in 12 months after you became Chancellor. It is still 50% above the rate you inherited and 50% above target. It should fall to target 2% this summer. So two years to get back to where you started! What’s to boast about that? Interest rates have been falling everywhere. UK cuts, which you don’t control, have been fewer and smaller because of your inflation record. We still have highest interest rate in G7. The Bank has made some cuts for the simple reason the economy is flat on its back. Well done. Borrowing is slowly falling from a very high base. Almost six years after the pandemic-induced recession, we’re still borrowing around 4% GDP. And borrowing costs are the highest in the G7. Retail sales are up in recent months. We’ll see how long that’s sustained. But the hospitality and construction industries are in crisis. Plus our massive services sector is stagnant. UK fastest G7 economy? That’s simply a bare-faced lie. We grew by 0.1% in Q3 2025; and another 0.1% in Q4. End of.
Rachel Reeves@RachelReevesMP

⬇️ Inflation down ⬇️ Interest rates down ⬇️ Borrowing down ⬆️ Retail sales up ⬆️ UK fastest growing European G7 economy There's more to do, but our economic plan is the right one. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

Joey Mannarino. Valentina Gomez. Eva Vlaardingerbroek. Ada Lluch. Filip Dewinter. Dominik Tarczyński. Rasmus Paludan. 7 people banned from Britain for their political views. Not for violence. Not for terrorism. For speech. If the Government can silence people it dislikes today, who gets silenced tomorrow?

Filip Dewinter has been banned from entering the UK. A Belgian politician. A diplomatic passport. A speaking engagement at a UK rally. Denied. This is a dark day for freedom of speech in Britain.

I’ve just been banned from travelling to the UK by the @Keir_Starmer socialist Government. I won’t be able to speak at the ‘#UniteTheWest’-march @TRobinsonNewEra is organizing because “my presence in the UK is not considered to be conducive to the public good”. Freedom of speech is dead in the UK! There is only one possible answer to the state repression of the Left: #Resistance! Take to the streets in #London on Saturday and show your anger peacefully! Send #Starmer home, send the illegal immigrants and criminals home, take your country back and Make England and Europe Great Again! #MakeEuropeGreatAgain vlaamsbelang.org/nieuws/britse-…

Keir Starmer 7/7/2022: “He [Boris]needs to go. He can’t cling on. His own party have now decided that he’s unfit to be prime minister. They can’t now inflict him on the country for the next few months” He called for a GE. Starmer’s own standards suggests that he should resign.

Insane. Labour has now banned sitting member of the European Parliament from entering the UK. Keir Starmer was “delighted” to welcome Alaa Abd El Fattah, who holds extremist views. He invited Syria's President Ahmed al-Sharaa, who’s responsible for mass killings. Two-tier-Keir
Dominik Tarczyński MEP@D_Tarczynski

This is what communism looks like in the 21st century. I have just been denied entry to the UK in order to speak at the largest patriotic event in Europe. Starmer will be sued by me. Not the government, not the Home Office but Starmer personally. Once you lose the next election, communist, we’ll meet in court! Tommy @TRobinsonNewEra , this communist cannot silence millions, nor can he take away their right to vote! UNITE THE KINGDOM!

He's not a good and decent man. Only someone corrupt or extremely stupid would preside over the sleaze that's taken place on his watch Neither is desirable in a Prime Minister To recap, under @Keir_Starmer... Two people with close links to pedophiles were promoted to high office His ex deputy is in hot water with HMRC One minister resigned because she turned out to be a literal criminal His anti corruption minister has been convicted overseas of corruption A homelessness minister had to resign over evicting tenants A heath minister resigned after hoping a constituent would die Another Labour MP resigned after punching a constituent in the face 6x A Labour MP was suspended after being arrested for sex offences The Business Secretary thought he was a solicitor when he wasn't His Chancellor seems extremely confused about her work history. She also failed to get a licence to rent her property Multiple ministers including the PM accepted gifts including clothes from donors despite earning more than double what most people earn The Attorney General has failed to act on conflicts of interest and supported baseless lawfare against British soldiers The Labour Welsh First Minister was forced to resign over so many allegations of corruption it's hard to know where to start typing them On top of all that there's the cronyism, firing officials without due process, and the Chinese spying case

I’ve enjoyed watching the past few days quietly from the sidelines…🍿 👀 What a car-crash it has been for Labour. I’ve watched aghast at the statements made by so many senior folk, not least Angela Rayner & today Keir Starmer. It seems they have no true understanding (or acceptance) of why they are haemorrhaging like this… You don’t win back a Brexit red wall by closer EU realignment. You don’t win working class folk back by calling those they chose ‘divisive’ or ‘dangerous’, nor talking about ‘dark paths’. You don’t win them back by banging on about ‘far-right’ and certainly not by suggesting that many of the normal (often former Labour) voters who will take to the streets at the weekend, to raise their frustrations are attempting to “intimidate”. And finally, you certainly…certainly don’t win them back by refusing to acknowled the impact of uncontrolled immigration or illegal migrants on their neighbourhoods, nor the bloated welfare state which sees many benefit claimants better off than the workers - (while expecting said workers to pay for it, tho struggling themselves). Don’t even get me started on the elephant in the room of the broken social contract… How is it even possible to be at the top of political power and be this clueless? We have much to discuss tonight and I can’t wait for 6pm to do just that with you 🙌🙌

Keir Starmer calls Nigel "a grifter” and a “chancer". Millions of people have made it clear that they prefer a party led by Farage than a Labour Party led by Starmer. This name calling by a man the public want to resign will only help Farage. He never learns.

Starmer cheered by Labour staffers when announcing nationalisation of British Steel. What he didn’t mention was that its been under the government’s control since April 2025, since when: Taxpayers ponied up almost £400 million in the nine months to January 2026 (9 months). The ongoing cost is around £1.3 million per day. State subsidy to reach ~£615 million by June 2026 — and exceed £1.5 billion by 2028 if the current subsidy rate continues.

Reform voters are racist apparently. As soon as I saw this insult to millions of British people (one of the least racist nations on earth) I suspected it was from an academic. It’s impossible to exaggerate how western universities became overrun with woke ideology
Alan Lester@aljhlester

Sigh. Yes Matthew Syed, people are disillusioned after decades of economic stagnation and inequality. But no, the fact Reform voters were nice to you does not mean they’re not racist too. You endorsing their scapegoating of immigrants doesn’t help. thetimes.com/uk/politics/ar…

A student from India who does not hold British citizenship and is here on a temporary visa has just been elected to the Scottish parliament to serve a four-year term (salary £80,000 per year). How in God’s name can something like this be allowed to happen? Our democracy is sick.
