AI Agents: A third class of lateral movement AI agents create a new form of lateral movement by bridging isolated systems through delegated authority and tool access without new network paths or stolen credentials. Prompt injection exploits their autonomy and shared instruction-data channel, as shown in real-world incidents like Clinejection and unauthorized npm publishes. Multiple frameworks now recognize the pattern. Defenses require treating agents as trust boundaries with scoped access, strong identity, taint tracking, and segmentation. @priteshpatel9 It does seem a bit strange, but Pascal was designed as a teaching language, so perhaps they still see value in that for getting the core principles across. Once those are understood, picking up new languages is just part of the job really. Python would be a better though, imho.

@iainbarclay Yeah that's what I thought. Python will be what was Pascal for us in 80s and 90s. I couldn't understand why they still teach pascal today over more modern languages.

Computer geeks. My eldest is picking a 6th form and wants to do computer science. 3 colleges we've visited all use different languages. 1) java 2) python 3) pascal They all obviously reckon they're the most relevant, they are in different ways but what are your opinions?

@thetimmorgan I went there to watch Southampton in a pre-season friendly (92/93, apparently). I arrived a little late, and the turnstile was already closed. A steward was on his way home, but spotted me and trotted back down the road to let me in. Seems weird now, but that's how I remember it!

@SimonCalder Interesting, thanks, I have often wondered if the bag price changed over time on a booked flight. Just need a bot now to alert when it’s cheapest!

Cabin baggage. Charges for taking a larger piece of hand luggage vary sharply, from under £16 to over £32. Even on the same airline/same route, they can differ. What's going on? Airlines use "yield management" to try to sell all the space in overhead bins. independent.co.uk/travel/news-an…

When a software person meets a holiday cottage… there’s more to do, but this was quite a lift and seems to be working out ok so far…

A view from behind the scenes, showing how we keep price & availability in sync across multiple platforms. We use @beds24com, but keep control of our Airbnb listing. This adds complexity, but is important for our main channel. @Price_Labs adjusts rates based on market conditions.
