@_hamstudy For me, it took me YEARS to understand I was stuck in the intermediate plateau. It's good to learn grammar and new words, but we sometimes have to force ourselves to step away from the academics and just focus on output, whether it be written or spoken. You got this!! 화이팅!!

it's like... i'm technically an intermediate level learner but it feels like my skills (especially speaking) are more closer to a beginner. like we learn more advanced grammar and fancy expressions but after all i don't really use them and still make lots of mistakes :(

Forgot I have a lot oral exam on tues and it's my first time having a partner for it. I have to memorize this dumb script....that I wrote 💀😅

@_hamstudy Our prof has a Korean student meet us every Fridays for speaking practice so that has helped me. I've also done some on hellotalk and they're all very nice. If you want to practice with another learner, you can let me know! We can help e/o out anytime :)

@iaintbotong it feels like this is the exact point where i got stuck and frustrated i think :( it’s like i wish i could have more speaking practice but it’s so expensive to have 1:1 tutor sessions here….

one of the reasons why i want to give up on attending sejong is to focus on conversational, natural korean. my friend just told me i talk quite unnaturally like a robot because it’s textbook language 🤣 she told me koreans will understand what i say but i sound weird sometimes
