@MMDA I've been trying to pay my traffic violation ticket via PayMaya but I keep on getting this error. I am using the UOVR No. starting with the letter "M" followed by numbers and dashes removed. How do I proceed from here?

I've just now tried paying through the @BayadPHOfficial website and here, I get a different error. My ticket clearly shows the fine is P500, not P1,000.

even the support page for logging a ticket is not helpful. after reaching the site, i am immediately redirected to the Help and Support page with no change of raising a ticket.

@mayaofficialph I still have not received the cash back for 4 cash in transactions I made last Oct 18. using the in-app chat does not lead me to a page where I can raise a ticket or chat with a live agent.
