(3/4) Surprisingly, around 7 PM I received an SMS saying the order will not be delivered today. No explanation. No call from the delivery partner. Just a sudden delay message.

(2/4) Around noon, the Flipkart app showed both orders as “Out for Delivery.” Since the delivery address is my office, I tried calling the delivery partner to confirm if it would arrive before 7:30 PM, but the call didn’t answered .

Now coming to the second item shipped via XPRESSBEES. I received a WhatsApp message with the courier person’s name and mobile number. But despite calling 7-8 times at different hours, the delivery person never picked up the call.

But guess what? They failed again in the second and third attempts too. Not a single call from the delivery person during any of these attempts. Finally, without any real attempt or communication, they returned the product to the merchant. Shocking.

The item sent through Delhivery wasn’t delivered at all. They claimed “address not found” on the first attempt – even though my address is accurate and easy to locate. I contacted their support and they assured me it would be delivered in the next attempt.
