@ZenithBank I was overdebited since 3rd February and I sent you a DM severally regarding the issue but it is over two months now and you have not reversed my N20,000. This is really disheartening, you told me that the issue had been escalated but am I to wait for a whole year?

@ZenithBank I'm really disappointed at the speed with which my over debit issue is being handled. It is over a month now and I have not gotten any reversal or at least a reasonable feedback. All I get is "ALL INCONVENIENCES ARE DEEPLY REGRETTED". Am I supposed to wait for a year?
