My current role doesn’t afford me to write models so I just keep going around courses.
Some are cool, some so confusing you’d doubt I understood the one I did.
I must really get it right because I’m never taking my eyes off that skill.

Omo mine is a bit convoluted
- Learnt on the job for some part of it cause really you learn by building one
- then my office is really particular about staff development so they’ve, at different times, brought people to have training sessions with us, sometimes for a week, sometimes for two. We used an international and a local trainer.
- then there was a site I was doing some personal learning too. It was really good. Can’t recall the name.
So my way is not exactly linear hence why I find it hard to advise.
I’ll typically recommend edubridge for training and FMVA/AFM for certification but it will be helpful to know the means that actually yields the most result.

Context: I used to “date” someone whose mum was a seer. Not the creepy seers, she was a Christian who sees vision. Kinda like a prophet.
He had told me and I was like oh cool. I love people who are strong in their faith.
And then one day he told me that he wanted to submit my name to her. I was a bit confused. Submit that what?
He says his mum sees the innermost intentions of people. That there was a time he started talking to a girl and his mum called him strangely and said she saw it in the spirit that he is on the wrong track. That did he meet any girl newly? He said yes. She said he should “j’awo nbe” (flee). That she’s a witch that was sent to him. He had to block her everywhere.
That so he usually just submits the name of the people he’s speaking to to her to pray and see visions on them before she sees it herself.
That he’s going to call her that night and tell her about me so she can pray and see if there’s anything. Lol
First of all, I was creeped out. Second of all, i was like… “I’ll have you know that I’m not a witch. I don’t fly at night. I belong to no demonic association. I don’t know what your mother will claim to have seen, but I’ll have you know that whatever she sees about me that connotes witchcraft is absolutely not true. And it’s her mind and not God speaking to her cause I am not one”.
He asked why I was explaining that much. Omo in my head I was like, fairs😭, I’m actually sounding guilty with this explanation. But what if she says she saw that I’m from marine kingdom or egbe awon eleye. I don’t swim and I don’t fly fgs?!. Which kind thing be this 😭
I was not scared because I have any dark thing to hide. I was scared that she will see something that isn’t true. Many times people say “the Lord said” when the Lord didn’t say. And with her kind of prophetic ministry, even when the Lord is quiet, she will hear things 😭😭
Anyways… I won’t tell you how that story ended 🫠. Go and start your day.

@rand0muser98 I actually think you can negotiate Tbill rate directly with the bank. Not so sure but I hear there a pool or so but you need more capital for bank to be able to give you a better percentage. However, it’s not up to the 30-40% he is talking. At most an additional 1-3%
