By the way, if you scored 150 in JAMB in my day, you didn’t even say it, you just pretended like they didn’t release your result.

I genuinely think the worst thing that can happen to you currently in today’s dating market is for a Nigerian woman who isn’t a virgin to see you as a viable long-term option.
Diego@go_diego_go34

Because it is predatory. These women intentionally deal with the worst possible men, give those men the best version of themselves, have kids by those men and then look for the “nerd” to be the janitor of her life. How is that not predatory?

hmm before them drag me. i see some people on here underestimate what it means to financially take care of a grown adult. it’s a huge task that can even make the person start resenting u unintentionally. that aside you can never be equals with someone that you are fully dependent on. it sounds sad but the truth is bitter. asides romantic relationships gan, even our parents get tired too. so i need people to be more honest especially in today’s economy

Who a person is before they gave their lives to Christ is more important to me than who they are after or in Christ!!! If it takes accepting Jesus as your personal lord and savior and being sold to him before knowing you shouldn’t cheat on your spouse, shouldn’t be physically abusive, shouldn’t be giving to hedonism, you shouldn’t be addicted to gambling, shouldn’t be a drug addict etc, I’d never take your morality seriously!!! At the end of the day, religion is a clothe and no matter how nice a clothe is, one must take it off on some occasions. Honourable people are born!!!

Marry someone who knows Jesus genuinely Not a church goer I’m not saying he or she plays Elevation worship on Saturdays when doing chores I’m saying someone who has been to the cross and has met Jesus for real It is the fear of God that keeps your spouse faithful

The problem is that you think your woman wants a friend in you. No, every woman wants a leader even if they don't articulate it. A leader teaches or mentors, provides, and rewards (good or bad). The aim is to be the complete leader.

Your money will not save you! Your looks will not save you! Your career will not save you! Your 50 inch penis will not save you! Your height will not save you! Your head game will not save you! Your intentionality will not save you! You can never keep a whore who doesn’t want to be kept! Nothing is more important in a woman than her personal values!!!

Whenever a weak man is ruined by his wife, nature heals, the sun shines brighter, the sky turns vibrant blue, dry bones rise again, lost rivers return, deserts become grasslands, harvests multiply and the Angels rejoice Because his punishment is proof of intention. Proof of order. Proof of intelligent design. Proof that the universe still enacts consequences against men too blind or too soft to exercise judgement. It is the divine correcting masculine weakness with shege, and forcing reality upon the delusional. Glory.

I wake up every single morning and go about my day knowing I’m not the average Nigerian man who overdoes for a woman who isn’t overdoing for him!!! Any love that needs me to be proving my love while a woman does nothing but bring her body, gives birth and take care of the home; you will never find me there. Money will continue to be the weakest link for influence!!!

One of the issues in hiring in Nigeria is that people don't understand first principles. Computer Science isn't about coding. It's about mathematical concepts and logic that facilitate the creation of computing tools and platforms. A bulk of Computer Science is actually Mathematics, but as they apply to computing. For example, you learn Automata Theory, Context Free Grammars (CFGs), etc etc. It's largely theoretical. Now, a Computer Scientist should use knowledge got from Automata Theory to build Compilers or Programming Languages. That's how it works. Many of these self-taught developers just take a stack and run with it without understanding the underlying workings. You still can't be at the level of Computer Scientists who deeply understand these concepts and create tools that you use and feel good about yourselves. Your bootcamp and Udemy subscription isn't a Computer Science degree.
Akintola Steve@Akintola_steve

Somewhere in Nigeria right now, a CS graduate with a second class upper is sitting next to a self-taught developer who never finished university. The self-taught developer ships faster, debugs better, understands systems more deeply, and gets paid more. The CS graduate spent four years studying computer science. The self-taught developer spent four years actually doing it. That difference didn't happen by accident.

Alex Hormozi reacts to a founder trying to go from $150K a month to $15M a month with 5 ads a week Caller: "We’re making $150K a month and want to get to $15M a month, but we’re only making 5 new ads a week" Alex: "We’re putting out 250 per day, We’re at 1,500 per week and you’re at 5" "Ads need to go from 5 a week to 100 as a baseline, and I’d want you spending $5K a day. Right now you’re spending $1.3K"

The third world isn't a place, it's a people. Third world countries exist because they are full of third world people. If you send every German to Nigeria and every Nigerian to Germany, in 5 years, Nigeria will become a civilized nation and Germany will become a third world.

Fellow Nigerians, good morning. I woke up this morning after my church service with a deeply reflective heart, and despite every constraint, I felt compelled to share these thoughts with you. Many people do not truly understand the silent pains some of us carry daily—the private struggles, emotional burdens, and quiet battles we face while trying to survive and serve sincerely in difficult circumstances. We now live in an environment that has become increasingly toxic, where the very system that should protect and create opportunities for decent living often works against the people—a society where intimidation, insecurity, endless scrutiny, and discouragement have become normal. More painful is when some of those you associate with, believing you would find understanding and solidarity among them, become part of the pressure you face. Some who publicly identify with you privately distance themselves or join in unfair criticism. We live in a society where humility is mistaken for weakness, respect is seen as a lack of courage, and compassion is treated as foolishness—a system where treating people equally is questioned simply because you refuse to worship status, tribe, class, or power. Personally, I have never looked down on anyone except to uplift them. I have never used privilege, position, or resources to oppress others, intimidate the weak, or make people feel small. To me, leadership has always been about service, sacrifice, and helping others rise. Let me state clearly: my decision to leave the ADC is not because our highly respected Chairman, Senator David Mark, treated me badly, nor because my leader and elder brother, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, or any other respected leaders did anything personally wrong to me. I will continue to respect them. However, the same Nigerian state and its agents that created unnecessary crises and hostility within the Labour Party that forced me to leave now appear to be finding their way into the ADC, with endless court cases, internal battles, suspicion, and division, instead of focusing on deeper national problems and playing politics built more on control and exclusion than on service and nation-building. Even within spaces where one labours sincerely, one is sometimes treated like an outsider in one’s own home. You and your team become easy targets for every failure, frustration, or misunderstanding, as though honest contribution has become a favour being tolerated rather than appreciated. And when you choose to leave so that those you are leaving can have peace, and you step out into the cold, you are still maligned and your character is questioned. Despite all your efforts to continue working for a better Nigeria and engaging people with sincerity and goodwill, those who do not wish you well continue to attack your character and question your intentions. There are moments I ask God in prayer: Why is doing the right thing often misconstrued as wrongdoing in our country? Why is integrity not valued? Why is the prudent management of resources, especially when invested in critical areas like education and healthcare, wrongly labelled as stinginess? Why are humility and obedience to the rule of law often taken to be weakness rather than discipline? Let me assure all that I am not desperate to be President, Vice President, or Senate President. I am desperate to see a society that can console a mother whose child has been kidnapped or killed while going to school or work. I am desperate to see a Nigeria where people will not live in IDP camps but in their homes. I am desperate for a country where Nigerian citizens do not go to bed hungry, not knowing where their next meal will come from. Yet, despite everything, I remain resolute. I firmly believe that Nigeria can still become a country with competent leadership based on justice, compassion, and equal opportunity for all. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO
