Hey @GreyhoundBus I find it completely unacceptable that there is no information provided to passengers waiting to be picked up in Roswell about any changes in pick up and drop off due to the ongoing UFO festival there. I called your customer service line this morning and they confirmed 515 N Main St. which made no sense as the bus stop is inaccessible due (pictures attached) to the festival. When arriving in town they had dropped us off on E 6th Street, so we waited there assuming the pick up would be there. Nope, the bus flew past us. I called customer service afterwards and they tried to frame it as me being at the wrong spot, quoting the normal 515 N Main St. pick up and drop off area despite us having a clear view of the bus station where we were standing on 6th. You've stranded 3 passengers in a relatively isolated travel location with no buses available until the 7th thanks to the lack of communication on your end. Money was spent on an additional bus ticket I can no longer use and a plane ticket from Albuquerque to Dallas that may not get used unless I hire a VERY expensive Uber from Roswell to Albuquerque, turning what was supposed to be a fun adventure into a stressful and costly way in figuring out how I will get home. Unacceptable lack of communication and professionalism from the nations largest bussing company. I used to ride the Greyhound nearly weekly, it's an absolute shame I won't ever do it again.

@Peter_Bukowski Caleb’s rookie season was essentially last year. It was the first time he was in an offense with a competent play caller. So I’d say they had pretty comparable first real seasons
