Dear @googlemaps Come on, you can realise when I’m on a train. They travel along train tracks. You know where the trains are. You know other people are doing nearly identical journeys. Say “Are you on this train” and allow me to plan routes from there.

Does anyone know how to fix the Find My Friend Bug in iOS 26.1 ? This has been breaking me and my fiancées location for the past month. Location is enabled and shown as shared in Privacy Settings, Location Services, tried rebooting etc.

@gene_jelly Thank you! It gets data piped straight from the GPS on the buses, so it shouldn't give you ghost buses like Google Maps.

when the subway agent uses the askuserquestion tool to ask if i’m going towards manhattan or brooklyn but i am unable to load the google maps skill because im already maxxed out on the context window from the brunch task so i just stand there staring for 90 seconds till my brain finishes compacting

This is the Singapore Transit system’s website. It’s 3 in the morning there, so no buses running.

@cgario Alright, just improved the stop labeling algorithm. Your York Ave stops should be less "technically correct" and more actually correct!

@iamconormac Really cool! Minor issue, the York Av stops on the M86 all say "Northbound" and "Southbound," and while that's technically true, the overarching direction of the route and how everyone thinks about it is Eastbound and Westbound. Maybe check that out.

@cgario Ah I see. Those are the last few stops, but the route itself is East to West. I’m generating those direction tags myself, so I’ll work on making the direction more connected to the overall route!
