@LNER @DavidHorne Thanks for your reply, but what you are saying about diversions doesnt make sense when both the 1730 and 1800 from EDB are operating normal routes and the diversions are only at weekends. I will email Customer Relations to get a better understanding of it. Cheers for the help.

@iamdkennedy @DavidHorne We’re currently operating a limited service through a diversionary route, so the 14:52 from Aberdeen isn’t included, David. However, there are alternative direct services available, though please note these have an extended travel time of about 60 minutes due to the diversion.

@LNER Hi, can I ask why in May during the week, the 1452 from Aberdeen is only going as far as Edinburgh rather than London. I cannot see anywhere on website as to the reason why? Thanks

@LNER Thanks, but I am not quite understanding how this train cannot get through, but the 1800 from Edinburgh can without issue, which leaves 30 mins after this one, and you also have a 1730 departing Edinburgh which this one normally is @DavidHorne

@LNER Hi, I have made multiple purchases of tickets in Dec and this month but on my LNER perks history, the last date I can see is 28/11. It use to show all purchases with a pending status until the journey had been completed. Is there an issue? Thanks

@LNER Hi, can I ask if the full grill breakfast has now been removed from the menus in First? I see we have a dish and signature and neither of them mention it and also have you removed the pdf's which show which menu is served on which train too......
