I’ve seen some bad referee displays in my time but Chris Kavanagh and his assistants are having a shocker. Villa’s goal offside, Lewis Hall should have been awarded a penalty and Digne should have been sent off before Bizot for a really horrible tackle on Jacob Murphy #nufc

@TNLUK How can you be SO busy that it’s impossible to get through - how many people are employed to answer our calls - I simply do not believe that The National Lottery receives such a high volume of calls morning afternoons evenings & weekends day in day out- cannot find answer online

Well I’ve just been on hold for ANOTHER 25 minutes with the mind numbing music belting out - I’ve played @TNLUK since it began back in 1990s first time I’ve needed to ring but obviously 1000s upon 1000s ppl ring every hour of everyday - is there actually a CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPT

@TNLUK your new app is still awful btw. Why did I not receive an email telling me my set for life tickets had ran out after Thursday's draw??? It's a good job my numbers did not come out last night as I didn't have a ticket - because your new update is crap!!!!

Any tickets purchased prior to the app & site upgrade will show in the order they were purchased, not the order in which they would be entered into a draw. Following the app & site upgrade, when a player purchases a ticket for multiple draws, the tickets will show one at a time in the order of the draws.. For example, if they purchase a ticket on Monday for Lotto, which is entered into Wednesday and Saturday, they will see the Wednesday ticket first, and the next day (Thursday) they will see their ticket for Saturday, and so on so forth. ^Ash

When I look at ‘my games’ I don’t care about the date purchased, I just want to see what draw it’s for. The tiles don’t even stack in order of the draw date it’s soo bloody annoying. @TNLUK
