We can’t even send the boarding pass by email anymore. A basic feature. The message is that they are doing an upgrade. It has been ages and still the update is going on. Both the website and app seem to have turned into platforms with poor user experience. Shame!

@EvriExpress I will definitely NOT follow! No need to tell me anything. I have lost 10 hours of my life that will never get them back. I will cancel any item if I know it will be shipped via @evridelivery or @Evri_DeliveryUK. Terrible!

Avoid using @Evri_DeliveryUK at all costs! Terrible service, terrible customer service and they are keen on feeding their comm with pack of lies. They have no respect for people’s time. Utter shambles! This pic shows my item was delivered on the 21st instead of the 22nd/9/24
