All societies need a belief system and a system of resource allocation. The former is solved by communism by adopting a religion with one book, one prophet and a single-source explanation of all events (dialectic materialism). We know this as Marxism, a form of monotheism that we know from experience demands a lot of human sacrifice.
The only form of communist resource allocation that can work is within a family where resources can be allocated according to need, not ability. Communists, therefore, see the family system as a competitor and constantly attack it. The resource allocation within the family will be done partly by consensus but some authority figure (usually but not always male) will ultimately have to make the tough decisions. This will be denounced as "patriarchy". But the same decision problem in communism - with far less consensus - will be tackled by a "planning commission" of some sort. Ironically, the experience is that the commission members are also mostly male but somehow this is seen as a solution for patriarchy.

Investigators found that Al-Falah University’s UGC recognition lapsed in 2018, yet for eight years it falsely claimed UGC recognition, admitted students, collected funds, and awarded degrees.
My question is: what was the UGC doing for eight years? Once Al-Falah’s recognition lapsed, the UGC would have known automatically, as it is the authority that grants, monitors, and withdraws recognition.
It could have issued public warnings, blacklisted the institution prominently on its website, conducted inspections, alerted state authorities, and initiated criminal proceedings if admissions and degree awards continue illegally. None of this required hindsight or extraordinary intelligence.
Is the UGC a serious organisation, or another boomer kitty-party club meant to roam around in sarkari-funded luxury cars, have chai-cookies during office hours, and draft rules to harass GCs?
