According to a Facebook post by someone close to the family, Chud The Builder’s victim has been identified as Joshua Luvv. Josh is married with two kids. According to the source Luvv was shot in the shoulder and stomach and currently in surgery. A GoFundMe has been posted. gofund.me/46e9598ea

NEW: The man Chud The Builder shot yesterday has been identified as Joshua Fox, who was charged with aggravated domestic assault after allegedly threatening his wife with a screwdriver and trying to burn the house down in 2024. On April 18, 2024, in Clarksville, Tennessee, officers responded to a domestic incident at a Tower Drive apartment. Joshua Fox told officers his wife would not let him leave. His wife told officers Joshua was upset over vehicle issues preventing him from leaving. She claimed Joshua had an aerosol can and a lighter and attempted to burn the house down. When she tried to take the can away, they both fell to the ground. She said Joshua then grabbed a screwdriver and held it to her side, causing her to back away. Officers located the aerosol can and screwdriver as described. They deemed Joshua the primary aggressor and arrested him for aggravated domestic assault.

Violence needs to stop. While it’s easy to point fingers and blame the white guy (who was clearly way out of his league and got his ass handed to him for it), who started the violence? Who went hands on first? How many white mobs are mass-robbing stores? How many white mobs are opening fighting in the streets? How many white mobs are getting beaches closed and cruise ships docked?

Obama was in Canada meeting with the Canadian Prime Minister, talking about relations, the future, and whatever else they want to dress it up as. If Trump were a former president meeting with foreign leaders while a Democrat sat in the White House, they would’ve screamed Logan Act before the meeting was even over. They would’ve accused him of running a shadow government. They would’ve accused him of interfering with foreign policy. They would’ve accused him of undermining the sitting president. So why does Obama keep getting a free pass? Republicans need to stop acting weak and start asking what exactly was discussed — and who gave Obama the authority to speak on behalf of America. Obama is not the president. Trump is. Act like it.
