Sometimes, people want to change things just to put their own personality on things. At CB, their goal is to just delete the personality altogether. Hence, the elimination of the "old-timer" from the signage. Heritage is what got Cracker Barrel this far, and now the CEO wants to just scrape it all away. At Steak n Shake, we take pride in our history, our families, and American values. All are welcome. We will never market ourselves away from our past in a cheap effort to gain the approval of trend seekers.

@Shipt I have shown you with an arrow where the app is not showing my available balance. This happened yesterday and I received NUMEROUS error messages within the app. PLEASE tell the engineering team to fix this issue and allow an app update!

@Shipt Over 24 hours later and my balance still has disappeared from my app! Tell your tech team to update the app!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, restarted my phone multiple times, cleared my storage, and made sure the app was updated. There is a bug!
