Day 11 London session I was waiting for price to fill the gap and then look for longs when price shifts bullish Price has shifted bullish and we had a clean demand which was formed in the session by sweep of liquidity I placed my limit order and waited patiently for price to mitigate the FIB of that bullish leg Price took me out Very clean trade and I followed the plan , its a good thing

Simple strategy for the week Wait for a setup, take it, then wait for stop loss or take profit and close the session. One trade a day and be done with it. Watch how disciplined I'll be.

@ValeriyBreakout Exactly, I was thinking the same. The more we do, the more we lose

I am someone who used to blow accounts in a single trading day, and it felt absolutely frustrating, as everyone knows. It was all because of revenge trading. After months, I stopped for a while, reviewed my data, and realized my strategy is solid on paper with a 45% win rate and 1:3 RR. The missing part was my terrible emotions. I was revenge trading and blowing accounts. I couldn’t handle even one loss, even though I knew losses are part of the game. So I decided to stop revenge trading. I made a plan: I follow my rules and take a trade only if my setup appears. I take just one trade a day and close the session no matter what. If it’s a loss, I close; if it’s a win, I close. I also manually lock myself out for the day. I have used this plan for almost two weeks. The first week I was not very active until last Monday. I came to the charts last Tuesday and started following the plan strictly. It is absolutely insane how well it works. I now wait for my setup instead of predicting what the market will do next. I react only after price forms. There is a huge difference. I used to think predicting mattered, only to realize so much happens in between. Predicting made me feel I knew what the market would do and that I should jump in before missing it. What changed this week is that I started reacting to the market instead. These simple things matter most, yet it took me many years to realize that.

Weekly Trading Recap - Lost my Apex Eval - Bought 2 new Lucid 50k Flex Evals (-$453 on both) - +$405 on my Lucid Funded The PnL looks much worse than it is because almost all of it comes from the Apex Eval. Solid week overall! How was your trading week?

My strategy is probably 50% close to how @TraderYush look orderflow in the markets, but I still trade with a mechanical candle based approach so my mind doesn’t do too much talking while clicking buttons. Made around 42,000$ while spending roughly 6,000$ — all live, all in front of people, even with a negative RR. Feels good proving that consistency matters more than looking “perfect” on paper. The way you view the market through orderflow and MotiveWave actually matches a lot with how I already think about price. That’s why I keep wondering… if I fully learn to read orderflow the way you do, things could probably become a whole different level for me. @TraderYush Would genuinely love to hop on a chat sometime if you’ve got a little free time. Would be cool to talk trading & execution and all this stuff properly.

I feel X is so helpful. Whenever I try to journal my thoughts, I am actually surprised by how well I can express them. I will take my time this weekend and try to journal all my thought processes on how this week felt: what changes I made, how I am changing the way I respond to things now, what the results are after following the plan, how I feel, and if I am stressed over the loss I had in the week. I’ll journal everything while listening to some good Jazz. Jazz for the day 😀
