This Hornets-Heat game is furiously entertaining ... marred only by LaMelo's outrageously dirty play. Refs said change of possession made it unreviewable. But how did not a single ref see THAT???

LaMelo just got away with yanking Bam's foot out from under him as Bam was already falling backward. Refs didn't even take a look at it. Blatant dirty play. Bam now out of the game. Spoelstra furious.

I never thought it would work to the point Spo believed and I know the injuries were a part of the reason for this but only one lineup having > 18 min for the Tyler/Norm pairing shows Spo didn't try different groupings enough.
