@SBICard_Connect very poor customer care, selecting english language & getting transferred to hindi- 4 times in a row. The customer agent cannot help why e-mandate not setting up for a fully activated, online transaction enabled card. transaction declined even when OTP given.

@MarriottBonvoy unpleasant dining experience at Sheraton grand brigade Gateway Bengaluru. Ordered beer & snacks. Got nuts served along with it. After sometime asked two servers to put another serving of peanuts which were never served. As a gold elite member it wasn’t expected.

@Uber_India - I booked a Black ride which was accepted by driver & then for 20 minutes he didn’t move from his original location. On calling he said coming and never moved. Finally had to cancel after 22 minutes and book another ride. Pathetic “Black” Service. @Uber_Support
