That’s not accurate. I’ve seen it firsthand. What many junior engineers handle in Nigeria often maps to mid or senior roles in Western companies. I was told by HR they didn’t believe I could work across multiple languages listed on my CV.

i realised if you give AI one big task it will waste tokens and you will still need follow up prompts to refine the output anyway.
i started breaking problems into sub problems,
i let it do it, verify it works,
then we proceed to the next.
this save me tokens honestly
