@united after 5 hours, delay, mechanical that got another plane...but with no pilot. Have to wait another 1.5 hours. Love the people of United but the CEO should be fired. Everybody waiting at ORD and the terminal must be 50 degrees.

Absolute joke. When we came into ORD, the flight was 2 hours late...and had to wait 30 minutes on the tarmac for a gate. You would think that they would be prepared...a joke.

Now they said that they need to bring in a new plane....gate knows nothing...pilots know nothing. I hope 1K desk is not not blowing smoke

Waiting for 4 hours in ORD for flight to LAX and they said they were waiting for incoming flight to arrive. Incoming flight comes in quick turn around....and now mechanical. They knew this coming this all along

Recent flight from RSW to ORD was told we were on time when they know it was delayed.

Great people but backed by poor communications and poor systems. Can't remember the last time I had a flight through ORD that was not delayed.

@united I'm a 1K, FC flyer with 2 million miles on united and have to say that it has been down hill for the past 2 years
