Landlord charges £12,000 rent a year and is charged £6,000 per year on the mortgage interest. Of that £6,000 profit the government gets £4,536 the landlord gets £1,464 Of that £1,464 landlord has to cover repair costs, etc Is it the landlord or the government inflating rents?

@bmay Truth is they will go further left. They will tax and spend into complete bankruptcy, crash the economy, fling open the borders, gi e citizenship to the Boris wave and fill out towns and cities with the boat people. Labour is horrific.

If Labour moves even further to the left it will be the end, permanently. A lot of people voted for this government thinking they were getting a Blair/Brown philosophy adapted to modern times. It turned out a lot more left wing than expected. Going further left is oblivion.

I did a BSc prior to my medical degree. It included maths stats & physics. I have looked at the arguments from both sides.. I believed it myself initially..but the science from sceptics is correct.. Climate is complicated.. & still very incompletely understood but Warmists make it all about CO2. That is not correct.
