I found and fixed some onboarding friction points. I also realized pricing was being shown much higher than US pricing in some target markets, which was hurting conversion rates more than I expected. Now I’m running onboarding A/B tests with @Amplitude_HQ Experiments.

I made $120,000 in March 2026 📱App Store: $62k 🤖Google Play Store: $15k 🌎Stripe (web flow): $21k 🔎PPC Ads on pSEO: $15k (only been running since March 13) 🥼Being a doctor: 7k (very very part-time) Aside from my doctor job, all this is from one App. You have so much more to gain by sticking with one thing. Even when it feels like you have turned every stone and there is nothing left to do. The real breakthroughs come from persisting through stages that feel like stagnation. I think persisting through long sidewise movement is more difficult than persisting through a nose dive in your revenue.

The more profit you demand upfront, the less you can spend - and the less you can spend, the less you scale. @_mattwelter @marclou I think he means the usual SaaS multiple which is around 4x ARR. With 10k MRR that’s about 120k ARR and roughly a 500k valuation. So yeah around 20k MRR would make it a 1M SaaS.
