@tatapower_ddl Someone from your team called me yesterday and asked if I had received the GBI refund of Rs. 1,820.
But when I asked them to share transaction details so the bank could verify it, they disconnected the call and never called back.
How long do I have to wait?

@iashish25 Dear Ashish , the refund of the interest amount of Rs.181.65/- on SD (Security deposit) for FY 2024-25 against the subject CA No. 60023140399 is under process. The said amount will be credited into the consumer’s account soon.

Workshop ask me to wait to receive an update on the issue.😞

The service center says it is normal in every chetak 2903 model.
3rd PM Service was done on 31st Oct at Bagga Link service center in Moti Nagar, Delhi.
What should I do ? 🤷☹️

Yesterday, I saw the faded light again on the display, twice. 🙁
Please make sure the issue is resolved properly as this will be my 2nd re-visit to the service Center from Oct 31. 😞

@tatapower_ddl In Bill No. 10909464221 generated yesterday, the billing team removed the accrued interest amount of Rs -182, but this amount has not been credited to my bank account.
