@jaxonloid Had a cat once that presented similar symptoms as in your initial post, vet said his liver was failing and that we'd need to put him down.
Did the same thing: got him blood work and lo and behold he just had fatty liver and needed force feeding. He lived several more years after.

Update on my cat bc the situation got weird.
He was planned to be put to sleep bc the vets told us his kidney disease was end stage. Last second the vet suggested they could take bloods and look further, we accepted. HE JUST HAS A STOMACH INFECTION. THESE IRRESPONSIBLE VETS-
