Hello sir. I definitely wouldn't consider this a bear flag on any time frame as that would be a continuation pattern within a down trend which this isn't by any measure in my opinion. It broke out of a 14 year down trend, it has put in a higher low and it's trading above every relevant MA. It could obviously reverse but I wouldn't position for that personally.
