This resonated with me because I started 2020 with a lot of new challenges, building not only a door but more. Some were kept closed, others opened in a welcoming way. Great things are coming! 🙌

First 3 things to focus on as a new manager: 1. Trust – Building trust should be #1 focus. Trust is NOT likability. Trust = Vulnerability, explaining intentions, following through on commitments. It's saying to your team: "I'll need your help," and not making empty promises...
