I used to write for Wired, and even as late as 2017, it often took a punchy, open-minded view of technology and its possibilities.

I used to love this brand. I dedicated 12+ years of my life to it. We saved it from going out of business twice. There has never been a more exciting moment in time to report on tech & innovation. Instead, they have chosen to focus on politics & framing everything with such negativity.

Um, rubber bullets are VERY widely used in protest situations (& aren't harmless). So stop ghoulishly using this to mock people who've suffered a tragedy.

It’s interesting to see people not get that the whole point of the Tax the Rich chant is to disguise an anti-Semitic trope. The extremist left are truly, deeply hateful of Jewish people. They try to hide it but it can’t help but rear its ugly vile head. It is so obvious what they are doing: bash Israel, bash successful Jews, bash anyone who calls out anti-semitism. Tax the Rich has to of course start with NYC, home to more Jews than anywhere else outside of Israel.
