@vanislegirl77 Hi Christie I am sorry to hear this. You would need to cancel your test 48 hours’ prior, otherwise there is a $25 cancellation fee. You are also able to cancel via the link in your test confirmation email. ^ap

What a scam @icbc is… tried calling last week to cancel a road test,couldn’t get through on there phone waiting on hold for over an hour Tried calling this morning and they are forcing a $25 fee to change /cancel

@theLUCASTDS @bcndp The system takes a control photo of the customer and then continues to take photos throughout the exam. The tool also tracks eye movement and mouse movements. If the person receives multiple test rule infractions, the online test will disqualify them. 4/4 ^ap

@theLUCASTDS @bcndp You will also need a functioning camera to be able to take the test and the proctoring system will be able to detect if the camera detects other people around you or if your testing image does not comply with online test requirements. 3/4

Heard an ad on the radio saying drivers license knowledge tests can now be done on line? Curious to know how people will be prevented from cheating (ie using Ai or copying answers from the book/online sources). No local news or local radio anymore = no criticism @ICBC @bcndp

@icbc I’ve been attempting to contact you via the phone number posted on your website 604-661-2800 for a month now (calling multiple times a week) and I can never get through. Wait times upwards of 40 + minutes. How can I get this matter resolved if no one answers the phone? Ty.

@jlipovsky Hi Jozef, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with preparing an estimate. You'll need a current Autoplan policy to prepare an estimate. If you are looking to prepare an estimate for a new policy you'll have to visit an Autoplan broker. ^ap

@JarQmr Hi, card delivery can take up to 60 days, but most customers receive their card within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to print a photo card on site. ^YC

@ICBC serious question: why are drivers in B.C. still waiting up to 60 days for a renewed licence in 2026? Other jurisdictions issue photo ID far faster. A temporary paper licence for weeks is not a modern standard. What’s causing the delay, and when will this be addressed?

@josh88010914541 Hi Josh, due to the stat holiday our offices were closed on Friday and Monday. Only our dial a claim lines were open for customers to file their claim. Your payment issue should be resolved today. ^ap

@icbc I have a claim with you guys and there is no manager in office today help with payments until Monday? Why are there not a single manager in office today to help with payment as my agent, his manager and his manager are not in office until Tuesday and I am owed today....

@icbc I followed your request and spoke with the office manager today, but my concerns remain. I was told examiners can “hear” if a rider slows before emergency braking, and that braking distance standards aren’t disclosed because it would “defeat the point of the test.” ⬇️

Just failed my @icbc motorcycle skills test in Burnaby for questionable reasons. Examiner said: • He could “hear” me slow down before emergency braking. • My braking distance was too long… during rain… on an ABS-equipped bike. ⬇️

@ShamusStoner4 Hi Shamus, generally, we mail licences within a couple of weeks, and you should receive your card within 60 days of your application. In the meantime, your interim licence has the same validity. Unfortunately, we are not able to produce photo cards on-site. ^YC

@icbc Hello ICBC just out of curiosity ?? Why does it take 60 days to mail out a photo BC services card to someone who needs it badly Like myself and Dont provide a temporary card because I'm sick and tired of being asked for photo id do you know what it's like being asked for id

@icbc hoping someone can review this. If stopping distance in rain on an ABS-equipped motorcycle is grounds for failure, riders deserve clearer standards before the test. Transparency in testing criteria matters.

@pkaaramsay Hello, with Roadstar and Roadside Plus you will be covered to rent a vehicle as long as the cost to rent doesn't exceed $300 CDN/day (or $250 USD/day) and the rental contract period doesn't exceed 30 days. ^ap

Hello @icbc! For the Roadside Plus package to cover a rental vehicle, is there a max limit on the daily rate for a rental vehicle? Asking for renting a vehicle for pleasure use (eg a road trip), not for renting a vehicle after a claim on the personal vehicle.
