Since @HALHQBLR’s ALH Dhruv fleet of @IndiaCoastGuard are grounded due to modifications to be made in their swash plate and will take 6 months. Therefore the maritime surveillance capability is reduced to 1980’s limit. But why isn’t ICG using satellite imagery for surveillance.

I have started working with SPARTA DSMC (Direct Simulation Monte Carlo) which is used to simulate rarefied flows as in Low Earth Orbit, and I must say it is much better than OpenFOAM’s dsmcFOAM solver. Because the directory structure of dsmcFOAM is really complex.
