We're deprecating the email notification that we send to creators when someone comments on their videos and to viewers when a comment they posted gets a reply. If creators want to find their comment notifications, they can navigate to "Notifications" within YouTube Studio (web or app). Users (both creators and viewers) can also set up notifications being sent to their mobile devices by going to their device's Settings > Notifications > YouTube or YouTube Studio (within the list of apps > Allow notifications
