Hahahahahaha. We know what she really meant because it's not a secret that they don't read them! Thomas Massie has even called for delays on bills because by the time the text is presented to them no human can read that fast and instead votes are collected based on favors/party lines! It's also why Massie and those like him call for single issue bills!

@WBman06 @Lilith_Atheist General relativity is a theory backed by plenty of evidence. Gravity can be measured by gravimeters. Germs are a theory which have tons of evidence, so you not believe in germs?
