@mikepat711 Looks like that Tesla doesn't have any competition in the United States. In China, all sorts of autonomous driving vehicles have been on the road for quite some time. Of course there is human operation in it, but just by setting a destination.
English

“Holy shit, Tesla just made a car drive itself from the manufacturing line directly to the home of a customer without a human operator.”
“…yeah, but…”
No. Shut the fuck up and listen to me.
A car just drove itself from the production line of a factory to someone’s home with nobody in it. Do you need me to repeat that?
An automobile. From the production line, off the lot, across miles of public roads, and onto the lot of someone’s home. Autonomously. Nobody in the car. It drove itself.
Science fiction. But not fiction anymore.
Do you understand? You are alive on earth and this just occurred in real life. You are living in a sci fi novel, but it is real life.
Unbelievable. Humans are fucking unbelievable. I’m so happy.

@LepistoMarkus @TankerTrackers They have to focus on just one main enemy right now, and keep pounding them, and in the meantime, establish deterrence asap, rather than pushing their neighbors and customers away. They can warn to close the Straits, but actually doing it is not really a good move.
English

@ichienho @TankerTrackers Well they "have to do 'at least' something" just to save their faces and if it's "cheap" then US will accept it..
English

@georgegalloway @MoatsTV Actually a bomb from Pyongyang to Tehran is not a bad move for both Pyongyang and Tehran, maybe even blessed by Moscow?

@I_amMukhtar I let my kids watch Ms Rachel's Youtube content as part of their ESL activities. They love Ms Rachel. If showing care to children from Palestine is "antisemitic", why the hell not to be "antisemetic"? The zionists are abusing the word antisemetic.

@matt_vanswol This is insane. I would suggest you book a round trip flight to any city in China or other Asian cities where visa-free entry is permitted, and have the scan done there in case of any future condition. You will be amazed by the cost savings.

@mariocavolo Hi, is the social credit system you are talking about has anything to do with 征信系统, which is more like a financial social credit system as the one you mentioned about the US? When people buy real estate in China, the bank will not offer any loan if you have a bad credit.

✨️CounterPoint China on China's Non-existent Social Credit System✨️
Well ok then friends, this terribly tiring topic has popped up once again due to readers insisting on their misunderstandings.
So to start off the Year of the Snake, I will be nicer and more patient in explaining misunderstandings and propaganda about China's nonexistent social credit system.
This fellow is conflating and blending laws and policies that have nothing to do with a "social credit system" and lumping that all under a general title of China's "social credit system" as though it is some type of formal thing that exists and as though people have a "social credit system score" which no Chinese citizen has.
I repeat. No Chinese citizen has a social credit score based on their societal behavior unless it is criminal and there is nowhere to go to find your social credit score because you don't have one.
In China, the only score and punishments a person may have is the score they have AFTER they have been found guilty in a court of law of a specific crime.
Chinese court laws and punishments have nothing to do with any social credit system. Labeling them as part of a social credit system doesn't make it true.
AFTER you are found guilty in court of a crime there are certainly punishments which restrict your rights. And that has nothing to do with the false allegation that every person has a social credit score in China.
By comparison, Americans have a financial social credit score which actually very much serves as a social credit score, because having a low financial credit score in America truly destroys your life as if you are a criminal even though you've not been convicted of anything in a court. It's far more tyrannical than the way China approaches such matters where you are only punished in society AFTER a court of law has found you guilty.

The fool continues thinks he will win the argument by calling things that are NOT a social credit system part of China's non existent social credit system.
He is citing old articles from five years earlier discussing the framework of the social credit system which was never rolled out.
He is saying that laws in the country that have nothing to do with a social credit system are part of the nonexistent social credit system.
Chinese citizens HAVE NO SOCIAL CREDIT SYSTEM SCORE
Tell me fool WHAT IS YOUR SOCIAL CREDIT SYSTEM SCORE? Oh wait you don't have one. #China

The more you keep posting your lie the more you keep looking back at yourself at the mirror how foolish you are. There is a complete social credit and security system in China. And rightly so, that is why crime rate is the lowest among developed countries. 1/3

@johnnie_it @CarlZha It's not morally accepted in China, both now and in history, rather than illegal.

@wangzhian8848 Looks like it will be absolutely fine without a defence minister.

关于公平,我给孩子看了下面的视频,youtube.com/watch?v=jCZsK5…

@Angry_Codger It seems that they already convinced themselves that paying ruble is one of such way, though quite humiliating. Hence, there is no need to lift sanctions.
English

@Angry_Codger The sanctions won't be lifted as long as the US is not heavily backlashed, and as long as EU countries find ways to bypass them at their own conveniences.
