@ickpot I remember someone saying that while Morrigan has difficulty expressing herself, Lilith, on the contrary, is very expressive.

Adopted by the ruler of Makai, Belial Aensland. Her adoptative father dies. Now Morrigan is set to become the queen/ruler, taking her father's place. With such a heavy burden placed upon her, she struggles between the balance of what she desires & the politics of the realm. Morrigan even loses Lilith later on, who she finally acknowledges Lilith as a sister/friend in her final moments. ------------------- I want to start exercising/mixing my art with storytelling once in a while. I want to do something more meaningful. I know I sexualize characters all the time (and will continue to do so), but that doesn't mean they can't be something more than what we see.

@yeshuah96 I draw everything in grayscale first. I draw on a textured canvas I made, I also premade some textures to put in while drawing sometimes, and I do draw some textures on top what I drew as well. The textures give everything a bit more realism. I use Color (blend mode) to color.

@ickpot May I ask - how to you achieve that textured layer while keeping the color true? what blend modes or whatever. LOVE you art

⚠️WARNING⚠️ First off, I want to let people know, I have done simple edits/alterations before for my covers. For example: color swapping. Going forth, I will NOT be doing simple jobs like that. If I were to make another version of my cover, there WILL be substantial change. If you see any simple (terrible) edits from the original cover, THAT IS NOT ME!! ------------ Believe me when I say I don't like writing about this (it's a big waste of my time), but I believe this situation may hurt my career if I do not address it at least one time. I made a mistake in cooperating with one of my clients, and it seems it gave the person and some other people some "ideas." Let me explain: I make the cover, get paid, it gets published. THE END. The problem: without me knowing, my cover gets tweaked and sold as a new cover again, again, and again, etc. ------------ - What bugs me is not that they may be profiting off that (I try not to think about that stuff). - What REALLY bugs me is that it looks HORRENDOUS and is in my name! It is the most amateur photoshop job ever!! 🤢

I also wanted to change her attitude to fit the colors and change/improve the original in a way that looks different enough. When using this color scheme, I was immediately thinking of Juri Han, then Violent Ken,and psycho power. I may have went a little overboard to be honest.😅
