
Just got scammed by @ManusAI. I've been emailing their team since April 25 to downgrade my account from $1,500/month to $200/month. Sent 4 follow-up emails. Nobody from billing responded. You just charged me the full $1,500 anyway for a plan I asked to be removed from.
Can someone actually help, or do I need to dispute this with my bank?
