@GuyFortis @Tamir114 אתה באמת לא מבין שהוא אומר את זה ככה כי זה מה שאתם טוענים? הוא צוחק עליכם בזה שאומר מה שאתם אומרים, ואתה מגיב לו על זה כאילו זה באמת מה שהוא טוען. אתם חסרי מושג פשוט. מוזמן להגיד לשיטתך מה בדיוק לא יכול בית המשפט לעשות במידה ומותר לו בעיניך לפסול חוק יסוד.

@Tamir114 משפט כמו "בית המשפט הוא החוק עצמו" מראה עד כמה אין לך מושג בית המשפט מגיב להחלטות הכנסת והממשלה לפי החוקים שכנסת ישראל חוקקה מקום המדינה ועד היום אין אף רשות בעלת כוח בלתי מוגבל לא הממשלה לא בג"ץ וגם לא הכנסת

מי שמזדעזע מהרמיזה של נתניהו שלא יכבד פסיקה של בג"ץ שתפסול חוק יסוד, חושף מבלי משים את המרכיב המסוכן ביותר בתפיסת העולם של מתנגדי הרפורמה: הממשלה כפופה לחוק אבל בית המשפט לא, כי בית המשפט הוא החוק עצמו. אין רעיון פחות דמוקרטי מזה.

יושב דני קושמרו באולפן שישי, מציג על שקופית ענקית את שער הליברסיון הצרפתי, ומקריא את הכותרת הדרמטית: "בישראל, דיקטטורה נולדת לנגד עינינו". ומה שכח דני לספר לצופים? פרט קטן: שעורך הליברסיון, האיש שמרח את הכותרת הזו על השער, הוא דב אלפון, שבתפקידו הקודם היה עורך הארץ... ובבקשה תחסכו ממני את הקישקוש המיתמם ש"מה זה רלוונטי?" אבל על מה נלין? אם בסיבוב הראשון של המחאה הארץ ושאר כלי התקשורת ציטטו את נבואות הזעם של האקונומיסט, והסתירו מהציבור שהן נכתבו על ידי לא אחר מכתב הארץ אנשיל פפר שעובד במקביל גם עבור המגזין הבריטי, אז למה לא להמשיך בהונאה הזו גם בסיבוב הנוכחי?
