fxhash+ is honored to present: inkField
For years, @IOivm has built systems that do more than generate images. They carry gesture, structure, and intention forward from one work to the next.
A culmination of that trajectory, inkField is a series where painting shifts from image to action, and the act itself becomes part of what the work preserves.

fxhash+
Plus is a curated program presenting 12 artworks per year.
This is not a replacement for the open platform. It’s an additional lane for artists who want sustained framing and support.
Let's slow down and look longer. Opening February 18 with a new series by @0xValent
If you’ve been around fxhash, you’ve been graced by @VolatileMoods.
His (21st) series is here: ‘Rayincarnations’
Wildly abstract, razor refined line-work. Compartments lock into an unreadable map. Ink blocks meet open space, resolving into tiny machine glyphs.
January 28. 🤍
InkField feels very different from how I used to work.
Before, most of my time was spent coding, and coffee breaks were when I slowed down and thought about what to do next.
This time, after the system was done, I found myself spending hours just drawing with it.Really being inside the process..
Chaos Research dropped before fxhash ever took off, and now, four years later, inkField is heading back to where it all began.
Artists don’t control the market. We just keep making the work and pouring everything into it.That’s the only part that truly belongs to us.
I would prefer to create art, but i'm spending the full day working on text and presentation for some submission 👀
I tend to overlook this whole “artist admin” side of things, but finding good open calls and awards is a big goal for next year 🤞
Got any tips for submissions?

Love how the tiny LLM 135M-parameter model can still produce sentences like this.
Not entirely wrong… just the perfect kind of #ai shadow.
art therapy, cant sleep anyway.
procedural drawing pixel by pixel grows into Pyrite forms.

(small project while we wait for more info how to proceed with the 3d one and an attempt to return to @fx_hash_ , i miss them very much)

@fx_hash_ We live in an era where AI can produce confident fictions in seconds.
It becomes more and more difficult to discern shadows from truth.
How quickly do we accept shadows as reality?

@fx_hash_ The live interactive version extends the concept:
A chatbot interface where each generation has a unique style. As a user, you can generate new shadows from the same base fact.
Eventually you can download, or share the result.
In Plato's Cave allegory, prisoners mistake shadows for truth.
Today, our shadows are AI generated, amplified by algorithms.
Allegory of the AI on @fx_hash_ explores how a tiny hallucination can turn into an accepted reality.
