These past 11 days have been horrifying. If you haven’t cried or stayed up at night, you’re probably out of the loop. What is truly terrifying, as an Israeli Jew, is that before the IDF even reacted, protests broke across the entire world. Some screaming “gas the Jews”. Some praying for wiping out Israel as a whole. This obviously doesn’t represent all protesters, but the effect is chilling. Jewish schools stayed closed. Jewish/Israeli families across the entire world tried to stay at home and not display their origin in public. I didn’t choose to be born Jewish. I’m not religious and I definitely don’t wish for anyone to get hurt, regardless of their origin country, ethnicity or religion. I wish I could get through to some of the people sending hate my way this past week that I have nothing against them personally, let alone Islam as a whole. I’m worried for my family and friends in Israel. All of them. This includes the religious Muslims, the Christians, the LGBTQ+, and religious Jews. Guess what - we all have respect for one another and can be equally hit by a rocket. But for some bizarre reason, I’m also worried for my family in the United States. Those who may or may not have anything to do with what’s going on in Israel. That is fucked up. That is scary.

@amantinband I completely agree, as i said islam was never about killing others no matter their religion or background, but rather invite them to seek knowledge and be an exemple to them, if they don't they aren't Muslims even if they yell "allah akbar" a trillion time.

An honest question for my Muslim followers: Why aren’t all Muslims condemning Hamas? If there was a radical, violent Jewish stream, that calls for the death of all {insert religion here}, it would be condemned by all other Jewish streams across the board. Why does it feel like instead of showing the world Islam preaches peace, most Muslims are defending/denying the despicable actions done by Hamas?
