@Jason9888681301 @megan_feringa @TheAthleticFC Also the 21s should be a 21s league not an U18/17s league… that’s one of the big issues tbh, the sport is missing an age group should scrap the 21s and change it to U19s and U23s

WSL clubs are increasingly investing in young talent from abroad. Sources say WSL academy players are not ready. But why?
“It’s easy to say, they aren’t ready, but no one has come down from the top of the club to check on them.”

@Jason9888681301 @megan_feringa @TheAthleticFC Yeah I tend to agree however the PGA sides offer professional training facilities and schedules offer the ability to train with WSL and WSL2 teams where as a lot of T3/T4 teams still train twice a week… so it’s really a balance to find the right fit…

The 2026 Men’s Six Nations Team of the Tournament is stacked with standout performers who lit up the competition.
Rhys Carr was one of Wales’ biggest bright sparks, delivering huge performances throughout the campaign and showing why he’s becoming such an important figure for his side.
Ben Earl was outstanding for England, consistently leading from the front and producing world-class performances even as England struggled to find consistency.
Italy’s Tommaso Menoncello continued the incredible form we’ve come to expect, once again proving why he is one of the most exciting midfielders in world rugby.
Out wide, France’s Louis Bielle-Biarrey finished as the tournament’s top try scorer, while teammate Thomas Ramos topped the points-scoring charts, playing a key role in France’s success.
A tournament filled with incredible individual performances.
Which player impressed you the most this Six Nations?

@megan_feringa @TheAthleticFC The 19-22 age group is becoming a very difficult phase for girls to manage… being asked to do a lot for not very much at all… often balancing studies and trying to earn some money and have a life… there’s currently a massive gap in the women’s pathway for this age group

@LDay I was waiting for the VAR to step in… got one of those against us a few weeks back so swings and roundabouts
English

@HerrGalloway @gallagherbren58 Yep… we’ll agree with that and same comments made where I was before kick off 😂
English

@ieubird @gallagherbren58 Agree with that and if he’d actually said”advantage over” it would have cleared things up. Don’t think he’s a good ref at all, I’m afraid and said so before the game. And spent much of the game shouting at his decisions….
English

Didn't realise at time what an awful decision this was
Clear scotland knock on, wales gather, one pass, Rees zammitt tackled 5 yards behind knock on and adv apparent over
Rees zammitt then penalised for dropping ball backwards when tackled. Ref says he played while on the floor
Mark D@Atticus_75
This is bizzare from Carley. Zammit is nowhere near back to the gainline where Scotland knocked on. #WALSCO #WALvSCO

@gallagherbren58 @HerrGalloway It’s one of those calls that just doesn’t need to be made… if he goes back to a scrum no one ever mentions it again. It’s happens when you are losing and luck is against you
English

@ieubird @HerrGalloway That's what I'm seeing
United Kingdom 🇬🇧 English

@HerrGalloway @gallagherbren58 He’s not on the floor when he plays it he’s in mid air 😉
English

@ieubird @gallagherbren58 Doesn’t matter. He’s not allowed to play the ball after he’s released it and he’s on the floor. Clear penalty offence under the laws. Sorry.
English

@HerrGalloway @gallagherbren58 Agree he flicks it back off the floor with his hand but he doesn’t drop it first it comes off the tackler
English

@ieubird @gallagherbren58 Agree with short advantage but LRZ definitely uses hand…
English

@HerrGalloway @gallagherbren58 You can’t really see it from this clip but LRZ tries pass and it goes back off STs head - then LRZ flicks it back… as you say anyway no advantage at all should be scrum back to wales… a bizarre call
English

@ieubird @gallagherbren58 Sione might have an odd-shaped head, but I think that’s LRZ hand which knocks it to his mate.
Ad I said, quick “advantage over” call but penalty was correct.
English

@caerau10 @MrBeesBrewery Don’t let facts get in the way of a good story Liam mate
English

@HerrGalloway @gallagherbren58 Comes off Tuipultos head though in the tackle so all in play… it’s a dreadful call, no advantage and certainly not a pen
English

@gallagherbren58 Watch closely after Tuipolotu tackle. LRZ pushes ball with right hand after he hits the deck. You can see ST indictaing that, and the ball initially goes backwards when LRZ releass it, then goes towards the other Welsh player.
English

@Rugby_Scoop The last try however the 8 is clearly in front of the ball carrier and the LRZ call is barking
English

Last week Adam Beard gifted France a good 14 points.
This week the whole forward pack caught napping at this level? This criminal.
