Consider this. You need to establish IV access in a patient but have had no luck starting a line. A research team from @SATXFire and @HISCentre published a paper on "Graduated Access for Hypotensive Patients (GAHP)." It's the use of an IO to obtain IV access. Hospitals across England have been told to cut costs and consider closing some services. At @GSTTnhs staffing costs needed to be cut by a third in the year ahead, equivalent to £55 million with another £39 million in savings needed from other areas 2/7
