The proposition that Raza Khan presented is a real & actual proposition (قضیۂ حقیقیہ واقعیہ ), not a hypothetical proposition (قضیۂ فرضیہ). As for the hadith being cited, the word “لو” (“if”) appears there in there (لو کان موسیٰ حیا), & “لو” indicates a hypothetical proposition.
