@ppsantyago @Infected_Terran @ABsteward But why would mean we can’t use oral therapy? These pts all had echos up front. So that would mean a new valvular complication developed on IV therapy. We don’t repeat TEEs in patients before discharging on IV therapy. So why before DC on oral?
