Judge Clark found that his sexual interest in the victim was “piqued” immediately after asking the victim if she was wearing any underwear after her dress rode up her legs. He then began touching and rubbing her thigh, despite the victim telling him, “no, can you not?” “get off me”. Singh then turned off his GPS to give the impression that the trip had been successfully completed. He then locked the doors, reclined her seat and got on top of her and raped her. In Singh’s statement to the police he said “NZ Women are promiscuous” At sentencing, Singhs lawyer Nadine Baier pushed for a hardship discount, saying that he would find jail harder as he was a Sikh Indian who had only lived in the country for 11 years. “He, as you will see, is a follower of the Sikh religion, so prison would place a hardship on him as opposed to someone who was born and raised in New Zealand.”…. Hmm. Last week Papatoetoe Police went full Luxon, went to a place of worship got into costume, got down on their knees to learn “the virtues of the Sikh religion” NZ Police have guidelines such as a duty to observe religious neutrality, and work within a secular framework. However despite this NZ Police do allow two carve outs especially for Sikhs. i) Sikhs do not have to wear a motorcycle helmet when riding at 50km/h or under (up to a $500 fine for anyone else) ii) Sikhs in NZ are allowed to carry a dagger / Sikh knife (kirpan) in public, for anyone else it can be an offence, a $2000 fine or 3 months jail. Aly has now asked for a copy of the zoom video recorded meeting and the transcript . On August 13, 2021, the COVID-19 Ministerial Group (often referred to as the "COVID-19 Ministers") consisted of a core set of senior Cabinet members who had been delegated the authority to make rapid decisions regarding Alert Levels, vaccine rollout, and border settings. (we presume this is what Ian Towns refers to in his correspondence, this is what he means by "Vaccine Ministers" We await the next OIA to know who within that meeting requested that Safety information around dangers of myocarditis in the 12 to 17 age group be removed from public communication. @spidercatnz @ClintVSmith 1.) There are zero confirmed deaths of people aged 10 to 19 from Covid Vaccines as a result of myocarditis in New Zealand. Two high profile cases in 2021 were examined by the coroner and one was not possible to determine and the other was not caused by the vaccine. Zero.
