
I flew all the way from Canada to India and had a doctor’s appointment at 1 PM in Amritsar that was already paid for and non-refundable.
Because of the repeated delays with my flight, I will now miss the appointment completely and lose the payment. On top of that, I now have to wait again for the doctor to give me another slot, which I don’t even know when I’ll get.
Passengers plan their travel around important commitments. But after all this inconvenience, the only response I receive from Air India is a generic “sorry for the inconvenience.”
