alright, so i called my local bank and here's what he had to say. Estimated 25k Line of Credit with an 85% draw. First 10 years interest only payments are estimated to be $152 barring any additional draws on the line or changes in prime rate. Rate and APR is estimated at 8.740 %

Bitcoin's Value Days Destroyed (VDD) is flashing green and historically that's been significant.
Every major red spike on this chart marked a cycle top.
Right now the VDD is sitting near its lowest levels in years.
Low VDD means long-term holders are not moving their coins.
They've seen this before and they're not selling.
The last two times it was this quiet, Bitcoin was months away from a major move up.
