The issue in Real Estate investing is: that people who have made 0 investments, make the most noise. But, honestly: if you have no skin in the game, you can't really understand how Real Estate actually operates on the ground. So here is some context:- I have more Real Estate investment in India (specifically South Goa) than Dubai. I remain bullish on both markets. People on X seem to be more interested in celebrating the end of any location. Why? because it is just fun. Lazy narratives sell fairly easily. - First, it was Go, Goa, Gone! - Now, it is Dubai/UAE! I am not telling you whether these markets are good/bad. You do your analysis. In UAE, every real estate transaction is recorded on blockchain. You can pretty much get to know what unit, in which project, got sold at X price on what date. You just have to check the blockchain data. And, get an idea if things are moving or not. You don't need to trust brokers, haters, influencers, XYZ. Check the data, the answer lies there. Use your brain. God has given you one.
