Fam, I’ve only recently started caring about things again and it feels good. For about 2-3 years I genuinely stopped caring about life. Like moving forward, staying still, it literally made no difference. I just wanted to drown whatever I was feeling in drugs. I’m finally back💞

@sxpmaths Just run 5k tonight and see where you’re at target wise. If you can do 3k in 18 minutes you’ll easily do it. You’ll then know what has to be done to hit the 25 minute goal. Ps... treadmill is bloody boring... sprint to cranleigh instead.

Next in our series of helping Stuart function in life.. an exercise question! I can currently run 3k in ~18min. As a next step, is it better to keep the pace but go further, or keep the distance and try to bring the time down? (On a treadmill if that makes a difference 🤷♂️)

@bostonmarathon @BAA So I actually received a response. Since my deployment was not for this years registration there is nothing the B.A.A. can do. So basically the B.A.A. praises the military but doesn’t follow through with a deferral when I contacted them 3 times during the year I was registered
