1/11 I had an insanely dysfunctional experience taking a @pearsonlanguage exam at a @PearsonVUE testing center in Massachusetts and am resorting to this because their customer service is an AI recursive loop nightmare that makes X seem like a paragon of intimate human interaction

@pearsonlanguage @PearsonVUE 11/11 How can they go on gatekeeping millions of ambitious people's dreams while setting the bar for their own performance so miserably low?

@pearsonlanguage @PearsonVUE 10/11 How long will @PearsonVUE maintain its air of legitimacy while acting with impunity, repeatedly administering invalid, malfunctioning exams at testing centers despite being made aware of major issues?
